When you use Kiipup's AI-powered features, the content you submit to those features is processed by Anthropic (US).
Kiipup, AI ozelliklerine gonderilen icerikten kisisel verileri ayiklamak icin makul cabayi gosterir; ancak tam anonimlestirilmesi garanti edilmemektedir.
Kiipup makes best-effort attempts to redact personal data from content submitted to AI features; however, complete anonymisation is not guaranteed.

The withdrawal of consent does not affect the lawfulness of processing carried out prior to the date of withdrawal.

Important: Withdrawing consent for data transfers abroad may result in certain functionalities of the Service being limited or becoming unavailable, as the platform infrastructure relies on service providers located abroad.
5. Haklariniz / Your Rights
KVKK'nin 11. maddesi uyarinca asagidaki haklara sahipsiniz:

(h) Islenen verilerin munhasiran otomatik sistemler vasitasiyla analiz edilmesi suretiyle kisi aleyhine bir sonucun ortaya cikmasina itiraz etme / To object to the emergence of a result against the person by analysis of the processed data exclusively through automated systems
